HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive an order confirmation upon successfully purchasing from the store. Once the order is received on our end, we work promptly to ensure everything is ready and packaged - generally our processing time is anywhere from 12-48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment notification along with a tracking number to track your order. Depending on the speed you chose for shipping, it is then in the hands of the carrier.

HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made or you change your mind, that's perfectly okay!

If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped then you'd have to follow the steps required to refund an order.
