RETURN POLICY

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start this process, please e-mail sales@undisputedsportswear.com with the subject line: "Return" and include the order # in the message.

All returned items must be unwashed and the tags must not be removed. 

Generally for refunds, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us at the following address;

Item Exchanges can be done by contacting us at our E-Mail noted above with the subject line "Exchange".

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s) and for the parcel itself until it arrives at our location. We recommend sending returns through service such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any carrier that provides tracking information - though this is up to the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving it for the return to be valid, you may be required to send us photos of the defective product. This will be determined case by case by our customer service team. To begin this process, please e-mail sales@undisputedsportswear.com so we can get this resolved as soon as possible!
